Part-Time Guest Services Coordinator

Architeqt Salon is seeking a polished, people-loving Guest Services Coordinator to be the face of our front desk and the heartbeat of our guest experience.

The Role

As a Guest Services Coordinator, you’ll be the first and last impression of our brand. You’ll create a warm, welcoming atmosphere while keeping the salon running smoothly behind the scenes. 

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests with confidence, warmth, and professionalism

• Offering beverages and elevating the guest experience

• Managing a multi-line phone system and scheduling appointments

• Checking guests out and recommending retail products

• Re-booking guests to support long-term relationships

• Managing email inquiries and online booking requests

• Monitoring client dashboards and appointment notes

• Light administrative work and occasional social/blog updates

• Maintaining a clean, polished front-of-house environment

• Naturally friendly, composed, and service-oriented

• Well-spoken and professional in person, on the phone, and in writing

• Highly organized and able to multitask with ease

• Comfortable with technology and salon software

• Fashion-conscious with an eye for detail and aesthetics

• Calm under pressure and thrive in a busy environment

 
Preferred Experience:

• Previous salon or hospitality experience

• Familiarity with Phorest or similar salon scheduling software

• Comfort using Microsoft Word and social media platforms

Schedule & Availability - 20-25 hours  Wednesday - Friday 3pm  to 8ish , Sunday 9:45 to 5:30 pm

• Part-time position

• Flexibility is essential

• Day, evening, and weekend availability required
