Communicate clearly with clients about their treatment goals, progress, and post-session care instructions to enhance their experience. Maintain accurate documentation of each session, including client records, treatment notes, and progress updates in compliance with healthcare regulations. Ensure a safe environment by following proper sanitation protocols and maintaining up-to-date CPR certification. Stay informed about the latest massage therapy techniques and industry best practices through ongoing education and training. Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification to practice professionally. Proven experience in massage therapy with a strong background in Swedish massage, deep tissue work, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and lymphatic drainage massage. Excellent patient service skills with the ability to assess client needs accurately and communicate effectively. Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others achieve wellness goals. Ability to educate clients on home-care products and their benefits.
