Position Summary/Essential Duties:1.Assess, develop, implement and evaluate Music Therapy interventions to address the age-specific psychosocial and physiological needs of hospitalized adults and their families2.Plan and implement music therapy groups for inpatients/outpatients/staff3.Evaluate and mentor practicum and internship students as appropriate4.Professional growth, information sharing and collaboration 5.Create and implement innovative ways to secure funding
