Description:

Vacuum Truck Operator (Septic Tank Pumper) Build a Career, Not Just a Job

Do you like people talking with them, putting them at ease, being the person they're glad showed up at their door? Are you the kind of person who takes pride in doing physical work the right way, and who'd rather be outside solving a real problem than stuck behind a desk?

Join the #1 team in the #2 business. At Van Delden Wastewater Systems, our Vacuum Truck Operators are the face of our company out on the road. Every stop is a chance to introduce yourself, take care of someone's property like it's your own, and leave them better off than you found them. It's relationship-driven work the instincts of a great salesperson, without a quota, or commission hanging over your head. You show up, you do the job right, you treat people well, and you're rewarded for it.

We're not the best septic company just because we're the oldest we're the oldest because we're still the best. Family-owned and operated since 1937, we've been going strong for 89 years, and we're closed nights and weekends so you can actually have a life outside of work. No experience? No diploma? No problem. We'll teach you a valuable, respected trade and no more over-the-road CDL driving. You're home every night.
